Our quote is our price!  We promise that the invoice will match the quote.  There are no hidden fees!  Below is a list of the rates and fees that you will be quoted.

• $1250 per flight hour, occupied

• $950 per flight hour, empty

• $600 overnight fee for nights spent away from West Branch

• U.S. legs are charged a Domestic Segment Fee of $3.50 per passenger per trip leg

• Trip legs outside of U.S. airspace are charged a U.S. Excise Tax for International Flights of $15.40 per passenger per trip leg

• Trips into Canada are charged a $100 fee to cover ATC charges*

• A 7.5% Federal Excise Tax is charged on the above rates and fees

The following conditions apply to all flights:

• We provide two pilots for every flight.

• Minimum billing is 2 flight hours per day (e.g. 2 day trip, minimum billing of 4 hours).

• If you are flying one way, or are not flying from West Branch, you may have to pay for re-positioing flight time.  Billable flight hours typically start when our aircraft leaves West Branch and end when it returns to West Branch. 

• We provide a selection of snacks, soft drinks, bottled water, and coffee for each charter flight.  Additional catering is available upon request, but may require an additional charge.

*Canadian air traffic control costs are subsidized by user fees that are invoiced to the carrier after the flight.  We currently have no way of quoting these fees exactly.
