Quoting:
Typically, the first step in scheduling a charter flight is to contact us for a Quote.   A Quote does not reserve a time slot.  Our quote is our price!  There will be no surprise fees added to the invoice after the flight.

Scheduling:
Once you accept the quote and complete the paperwork, the flight will be Scheduled.  At this point the aircraft and crew are reserved for the quoted time slot.  You will receive a confirmed itinerary when this phase is completed. 

Payment:
Unless other arangements have been made, payment is expected at least 24 hours before the flight departs.  Before the flight is confirmed on our schedule, we require a signed authorization to bill a credit card if payment is not received prior to 24 hours before the flight departs.

Cancellation Policy:

• If a flight is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the quoted charter amount will apply. 

• If a flight is canceled with less than 2 hours notice, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.
